| Get It Right the First Time After Tool Design we focus on the machining concepts to achieve best surfaces, smooth finish and open area for easy machining. We are capable to machine small radius up to 0.35 mm at 8000 RPM and large machining area up to 1.5 metres. This accuracy is achieved because of our high standards of workmanship and state-of-the-art tools and software. We have tooled up our machines with Mitsubishi, SECO and Sandvik Tools, Adopters and Collets to achieve high accuracy and surface finish using VISI CAM. Working tirelessly on " Get It Right the First Time ", JIG aims to bring down the cost by eliminating any wastage. With 24 X 7 operated CNC Machines set up, our dedicated team is continued to deliver the best to the customer. Working on the close tolerances, we continuously challenge ourselves for improvisation, continuous improvement thus delivering more than our promise to the customer.
