• Cross checking of all the tool designs by means of material selection, tool life, tool cost, maintenance aspects, changeable core / cavity inserts provision for future product modification etc.
• Trouble shooting for manufacturability of various features of the product and make the tool maker understand the exact requirement.
• All technical discussion for achieving the appropriate quality of the end product.
• Quality check by means of parting line/surface, flow marks, sink marks & and other issues related to injection molding on.
