COMPANY HERITAGE

Mr. D.C.Khattar and Late. Mrs. Suresh Kumari Khattar, are born with the natural talent of designing and gifted with the creativity. They gave their talent the commercial maturity and founded "Industrial Graphics" in 1964. The organisation provided services in the field of mechanical design and drawing. The business then provided expertise in engineering services and hence increased the client base all over India. It specialised in creating Mechanical design and providing expert Engineering advises.

In 1973, Industrial Graphics was renamed as "Jagdeep Industrial Graphics" in the name of their son Master Jagdeep Khattar. He presented the natural talent of Mechanical Designer that amazed the parents. The organisation then expanded in concept designing, reverse engineering techniques, making drawings of machines and its parts, designing simple tools and dies, pipeline, pressure vessel and demonstrative figures of book work.

In 1996, Mr. Jagdeep Khattar; after completing his education in Mechanical Engineering and had experience from the industry; joined the parental business. He provided new horizons to the existing business. The conventional set up was replaced with the updated technology. The organisation specialised in product design, tool designing and reverse engineering of plastic components and sheet metal components by employing latest inspection techniques.

The organisation further grew with the further processes that include CNC Milling Machine Centre, Training Centre employing CAD/CAM/CAE software, and Tool Room, under the umbrella of Jagdeep Industrial Graphics (JIG).

JIG is a present member of Metrology Society of India and National Physical Laboratory . The management has updated knowledge on management issues and latest technological issues as well by attending various seminars with ISO9000-2000 - Quality Council of India, ARAI - The Automotive Research Association of India, Seminar cum Training Program on VISI CAD/CAM. JIG has applied the techniques to gain the competitive edge over the industry.
