Product Development Process The Product development process is begins with a good product design which can be validate through product Mock up and Prototypes. A good product design self defines the tooling concepts. We offer a free design discussion and cross checking to ensure the good result for dies and molds manufacturing.
Our mold manufacturing Team ensure through a smart tool design for good productivity, ease of operators, material handling and good quality by considering parting lines gating and ejection process of the component from die. At Hongyi JIG we handle large and small productions of plastic molding components / Sheet metal components / Aluminium and Zinc die cast parts. We are also handling machined components and small assemblies manufacturing with packaging.

Part Design and Prototype Part
Hongyi JIG provide a very accurate time line for product
development. The part designs process matters whether it needs a prototype to
validate the design or not. Most of the time in case of reverse engineering prototype does
not require. Where in new part design we always prefer to validate the part
design by making a functional prototype. Commercial Proposal for Tooling (Quotation)
Once part design is ready we quote for
the mold manufacturing which may take 2-3 working days. Tool Design The process of mold manufacturing includes the tool
design and approvals on tool manufacturing concepts through this Tool Design.
Weekly Report for Mold manufacturing Progress Weekly Reports We maintain a dead line date to accomplish the T1 (1st
Trial of the mold) after approvals on the tool design. During this period we
keep you updated about the progress of tool manufacturing through an excel
sheet and pictures of current process. Mold Y1 We
arrange sending you the T1 samples for approval in 3 working days in
which ever country / state / provience you are based. Most of the time
T1 samples do not need to be modified still in case if there is some
modification it is always subjected to the possibilities and work for
the time. It takes usually 4-7 working days to finish the mold for final
trial or production. Deliveries On the approval of final mold trial, we suggest for a short term pilot production pilot lot which validate and prove the smooth mold running and functional check of sliders, actuators or cams mechanism. We deliver the molds along with the pilot lot of production with in the same container. You may also ask us for the regular production as we also undertake the orders for regular production for injection molded components, rubber parts, sheet metal components and
alluminium die casting parts. We also handle small assemblies of parts for making finish goods. |
